Speedballs

    I train twice a week at a boxing gym and often use the speedball, but was looking for a decent speedball to use at home that doesn't shake. My last wall fell apart because the frame would shake up and down and just wore out the support.
    Anyone got any good links to a solid speedball?

    They all shake. A good idea is to put a sandbag on top of the plateau to minimize its effects.
