IDK about hand speed (might be Floyd) but feet?
    C'mon, that's one of Manny's finer qualities.
Combination punches it's gotta be Pac though.

And reflexes, man, it just got to be Floyd.

    I don't understand.

So Floyd wanks faster than Pacquiao? I suppose not having any balls getting in the way, he could well be.

PBF is faster than Pac. He has quicker reflexes and can get off faster. He will beat Pac to the punch all night long when they fight. Pac throws faster combos though.

Manny is faster when you account the dramatic power he has in his punches. Although 130 Floyd was a freaking monster, today Floyd ain't nearly as fast but his real ring experience far out shines that loss of speed.

I have to say, especially aftter watching the Hatton fight, the way floyd can throw a single punch is amazingly quick. But manny seems to do everything fast, he bobs fast, moves his waist fast, keeps his feet moving, hands are always twitching and his combos are very quick so his overall speed seems to be very good. But I do actually think Floyd's counters are the quickest in the sport.

PBF is faster. Me and a bud compared them both recently in our TV. PBFs punches get there quicker. It was hard because both are so fast but after slow motion replays and repetitive fights we came to the conclusion that PBF was faster. Pac just throws more punches so it looks like he is faster but A to B speed PBF holds the edge.

LOL at people saying that Floyd's feet are as fast as Manny's. Pacman looks like he's gliding on air the way he can move in the ring. His feet are just ridiculously fast.

That fight was at 126 I think, somewhere Floyd never competed at I believe.
