I've been on this forum for over 10 years and I didn't even notice you until last week lol My monthly rankings are one of the most popular features on this website, what have you ever contributed? Apart from gems such as "Kell Brook has a slow and inaccurate jab". As I said, Amir Khan fan detected.
Not only are you terrible judge, you also seem to be quite paranoid, I have no alts, and believe me if I did I'm pretty sure you could tell who they are, I kind of have a distinct writing style, that most of the people you accused me of being do not share, especially moparfan, who writes literally nothing like me, and considering we've responded to each other the same moment on Kirk's thread, I might be a fast typer, but I'm not The Flash, get a grip, you're starting to sound like a kook.
Brook beat Porter. It was an ugly, messy, clinchy win, but it was a win - built almost exclusively around right hand leads, which he landed for fun that night. Couldn't miss it and Porter couldn't adjust, he just walked into them all night. It's not even up for debate.
Porter beat Brook lol. Can someone please explain to me they could ever express that fight to porter? The only guy who landed the clean significant punches was brook.
I remember some people saying Porter was gonna destroy Brook, run right through him and basing a lot of it on Brooks resume at the time. Now some people are saying the same about Spence. That he's gonna easily destroy Brook even though in this case Spence is the less proven guy with the weaker resume. I think some people need to learn not to get caught up in the hype, to be a bit less biased and to give the opponent some respect. Picking a guy to win is fine but to be so confident that they will win easily seems a bit silly and disrespectful.
This nails it for me.. Ward and over the years Hopkins hold, spoil and use every trick in the book and are "dipping in to the tool box to get the win" and are "genius" but when Brook went abroad and fought the champion in his backyard (something Ward hasn't done) and found a way to win then he is "spoiler" and "negative". I personally would like to see consistency.
Mayweather, Klitschko, Ward, Hopkins just some examples of great fighters who use the clinch as a tool to win fights. Same goes for Brook, it's a weapon and you are allowed to use it.
I think i saw a better performance from Brook than alot of people in the Porter fight. Accepting that Porter rushes in with his attacks you are always guna end up with alot of clinching its just the way it is. But every time he rushed in to attack and miss Brook picked him off with scoring shots and that seemed to happen all night long. Although i dont think Spence will get "Portorized". He is too good a Boxer for that. Who ever wins this fight tonight is really guna have to work hard for it and both will earn the others respect before this night is over.
Ok, now it's clear you have no clue. I've watched Porter vs Brook back at least 3 times in the past few weeks and Brook scored the cleaner shots, the more powerful shots, did the crisper work and generally controlled the distance. Porter was ineffective - at worst I'd give it 8-4 to Brook. What the f** the guy that gave it a draw was watching, I don't know. Porter has even said since the fight that he thought it was a close but fair decision.
LMFAO what, CST and Moparfan being alike... unless it's their weak glass mandibles, nothing about them is alike! LOL
