Spence against Brook, poll before the fight.

Brook has a great chin and a lot of heart. We don't know if Spence has either. That said, Brook can be lazy at times and could give away rounds, especially early. Spence seems to have a decent workrate and could win on points. But how will he cope with the Sheffield crowd? How will his nerves cope with the big occasion? I'm going for a late Brook stoppage while down on the cards.

Brook UD or late stoppage.

 

Brook wins. you can't have slow feet and walk forward
and beat him, not if you're a WW. And for Spence's
size, I think Brook is physically stronger, He muscled/bodied
Porter (a former football player that shrunk down to even compete
in this division, no way Spence is stronger than Porter), if
they wrestle on the inside, Brook can hold his own.

Thurman is the only person that beats Brook, stylistically.

 

This is a no stress fight for Spence and mainly because he likes to go to the body and head and it'll be too much for Brook to handle. Give Spence his due for running right through Brook.

 

Its a corporate takeover.

 

Gone for Spence. Im not interested in betting odds i think this could go either way. But my gut feeling is Brook will bring the best out of Spence and the American will shine and people will start to see him as "the truth". Will be hoping im wrong ofcourse I want Kel to demolish him.

 

Gone for Brook. I've just watched a few Spence fights on youtube and I wasn't impressed. The guy is horrifically off balance because he puts so much heat into his punches. Kell Brook will absorb or dodge then keep catching Spence off balance unless Spence adapts quickly and fights more compact.

 

I agree with you on his balance, he crosses his feet sometimes too which will get exposed at this level.

 

really tough to call if both are in top form. I think the loss to Golovkin, the injury and weight cut gives Spence the edge.

Either guy can win but I'll lean towards Errol
