    This is the official word from Bet365

    In regards to your query on Krishan Vikas vs Errol Lee Spence, I can confirm that the settlement of E.Spence - Fight Winner has been reviewed and has been confirmed as being correct.

    Our rules state;

    "To Win the Fight
    Bets will be settled on the official result announced in the ring. Subsequent appeals/amendments do not affect settlement (unless the amendment was made due to human error when announcing the result)."

    As the original result was declared on Krishan Vikas, this is what we have settled on. As you can appreciate if we changed our settlement on all events when a result is changed at a later time then we would be inconveniencing our customers a great deal by removing returns previously given.

    That's ****ed up, dude!

    I got Spence 16/1 to win gold and it isn't showing up on my open bets history. Betting can be a **** at times!

    So can Savon appeal?

    Savon probably did appeal but it was an english lad so it will be harder, plus to be fair although Savon won vs Joshua, he didnt get robbed in the way Spence did it was one of the worst decisions I've seen in the ams.

    Its not clear that the panel over turned the scoring in the Spence fight or whether they imposed the points deductions that the referee missed and made Spence the winner that way. If its the latter then its nothing like the Savon situation.

    The Savon fight is subjective, the Spence fight is incompetence... slight difference.
