I'm honestly flabbergasted by how hard people are trying to tear Crawford down. For YEARS this forum had several pro-Crawford guys who had him #1 P4P and liked him more than Spence. Now all of a sudden there's an anti-Crawford campaign and they give him zero credit while saying Spence was either compromised or that he wasn't that good to begin with. Madness.
I agree. It's very difficult to gauge how much of Spence was left for that fight. He could have been ready, not drained, but we'll never know. To my knowledge, Spence hasn't said otherwise. But he has respect for the game and his opponents. Not gonna tarnish Crawford's biggest win with excuses. Much respect.
Spence fought like a one trick pony the funniest **** was seeing him face when he tried rushing him after everything else failed bawahaha did he n his team really believe he was the stronger one amongst them lol Spence was getting grilled n at one point almost went to the wrong corner at the bell
Said the same thing & it was a miscalculation a big one on Spences team, kind of shocked that James missed all that & more, I do wonder what the insider talks were between him & the pbc management & there was a time after a round where Spence was about to go into Terences corner instead of his own he was just that discombobulated.
I mean the general concensus was that Spence was stronger because he's naturally bigger. A fair hypothesis but it didnt take into account Crawford's lengthy wrestling background. Bud really built for fighting.
Spot on. Thats the cheerleader effect. People more interested in cheerleading for a promo company and "their side of the street" than actual fighters fighting the fights
