Mikey is the same height as Pac. More skilled is debatable.
He's more classically skilled (jab, cross etc....), but overall
package, no.

Also, Pac's power has been proven on a far higher level, it ain't
even close. Also the speed factor. Mikey isn't anywhere near the predator Pac was.

 

Garcia is more skilled. Technically he is very sound. Has great footwork and cuts off the ring well. He is smarter in the ring IMO. Pac was a predator in the sense that he would follow his opponent around the ring until he knocked them out. Garcia is more effective in that he cuts off the ring and doesn't waste as much energy.

But Pac has him for speed and power, and Pac was a more explosive fighter, who overall had more talent than Garcia.

 

I don't dispute the "more classically skilled aspect". Smarter in the ring, I don't know. Pac knew what and when to throw. Pure muscle memory. Mikey again, it's all based on logically thinking out things. That doesn't necessarily = more ring smarts. Ultimately, what I was getting at is, that Mikey can't duplicate
what Pac did in the ring. He in my opinion has reached his size threshold.

 

I don't think Mikey can win, but respect to him if he goes through with this and really goes for it. Both are great prime fighters...to be truly great sometimes you have to lay it on the line.
