You dudes are on a serious high horse right now. Are you seriously claiming you have never gotten behind the wheel while intoxicated even once?

His hand definitely looks messed up. Not a good sign for a boxer.

As the vacant dead eyed stare, meh, it's Spence.

I have, after 3 beers... but I'd never ever think about driving 100mph+ , especially in a supercar. stop trying to justify Spence's actions.

It isn't uncommon. Being a stupid selfish douche isn't uncommon either. And yes there's a correlary.

For the record, no, I haven't. I've been in a severe car accident as the passenger of a drunk driver, though. Both of us were extremely lucky to walk away. We both really should be dead.

You cannot be serious with trying to justify his actions! And no, never ever given it a thought!

There’s no excuse for it. I’ve done it but to drive around the corner at 20-30 miles per hour tops. Not going at a 100 mph and thatbwas after 3 beers, never after a complete bender.

And had I been caught doing it, I would have accepted the consequences. It’s a bit like having unprotected sex with a hooker, you know you shouldn’t be doing it and you’re playing with fire, if something bad happens you should 100% be ready to accept the consequences and not get mad at people judging you for stupid decisions.

Except drink driving risks other people’s lives.

High horse? That's a reach. This isn't some minor thing. This is endangering people's lives. I'm not on a high horse because I don't do it and condemn those who do.

Should you have been indicated on conspiracy to attempt murder in that case? Because thats what your logic would dictate

Talking about charging people with attempted murder for getting behind the wheel while intoxicated is pretty high a horse. I'm guessing someone you know or love has made a stupid decision in the past. Doubt you would be so ruthless with them if they didn't even hurt anyone

We're talking about charging people with attempted murder for getting behind the wheel and happening to thankfully not hurt anyone. By that logic you should be in jail for attempted murder also because 30 mph is plenty fast enough to kill a pedestrian
