That was a close fight and floyd outpointed him, that’s all. No ass kicking. Not even close to it.

It basically showed, prime de la Hoya would’ve comfortably beat him without a doubt, he was not far off beating him when past it, close fight, an if de la Hoya wouldn’t have stopped the jabing he could’ve won it. I haven’t seen it since, but I felt there was only a round or 2 in it

Imo it was very close fight, although fishnet was past prime . I also think prime de la Hoya beats him. Prime pac maybe too although he is naturally smaller fighter.

You are aware that the version of Canelo who boxed Mayweather struggled against Trout and Lara?

It was hardly the best version of Canelo.

You're aware that the version of pbf canelo fought was 35 old and faded right? And he still schooled him, It was hardly the best version of pbf. I would love to see canelo at 35 in his 5th weight class take on a top 10 p4p ranked 23 year old lineal champ of a division and school him.

Floyd also fought a 23 yr old years before his prime, let’s not forget that.

Prime oscar lost to lesser fighters than pbf. In fact prime Hoya lost more big fights than he won. Yet you want to bet against a guy who beat oscar and never lost and dominated an entire era of boxing. Yeah that makes sense. Lastly Hoya didn't stop jabbing pbf took his jab away stop spreading this myth that a veteran hof fighter like oscar is just going to stop using his jab. No pbf took it away was the ring general outboxed osvar in the middle of the ring made oscar tentative landed the harder and cleaner shots. You're wishful thinking like all pbf haters do, he loses fantasy fights but wins real ones funny how that works.;)

I don't recall people making excuses about pbf being too young when he fought and beat the lineal champ at 21 in hernandez. Nor do I remember any loma fans saying Lopez was too young not in his prime when he was younger than canelo was against pbf when he beat loma. It's an excuse period. You'd rather be 23 than 35 going into a boxing match, pbf was faded canelo wasn't those are facts.

Prime pac couldn't even beat jmm clearly in 4 fights yet he beats pbf a guy he has no answer for pbfs ability to control range and dictate distance on him?? Sound logic there, more like wishful thinking.

This is the logic: a shot and faded version Madaina who already beaten by lesser oponents schooled Floyd in his own backyard but the judges saved him to keep his bogus undeafeted record.

Except that didn't happen now did it? Do you know what a schooling is troll? A schooling is a 10-2 type of fight or better. Name me 10 rounds or more maidana won in that fight, I dare you! You can't do it because they don't exists. You're full of ****, maidana did nothing in the second half of the first fight against a 36 year old pbf. Also pbf suffered a cut from a headbutt that bothered him early in that fight after he adjusted to it he took over. Mauling fouling hitting behind the head isn't scoring points. What happened in the rematch though? Pbf is 2-0 against maidana deal with it.

Pac destroyed Hatton, Oscar, Cotto, and had Mosley running for dear life. And Pac would absolutely destroy Guerrero, Maidana, and Ortiz.

So that's 4-1 in common opponents if you want to keep mentioning JMM (who was roided to the gills). JMM was fat in the Floyd fight and Floyd ignored the catchweight. JMM was bulked up and hulked out against Pac.
