Good news it's on ITV. It's a shame Porter vs Ugas hasn't been picked up.

 

I still fancy Garcia to beat Spence on points. I really rate Spence but in terms of skill, Garcia is a step up in class from Peterson & Brook for me. Spence is the bigger man but you have to make those advantages tell and Garcia doesn’t let you do that easily.

 

I'm 100% sure Garcia is a better fighter. However, that's a serious jump in weight when you consider he's fighting a monster of a welterweight, who happens to be a great fighter himself. I want to believe Garcia can do it, but I find it hard to look beyond those long leavers of Spence's. Must be a huge reach difference.

 

Definitely going to be tough for Garcia to overcome the physical advantages that Spence has. We’ll see just how good Spence is next week, the pressure is all on him here.

Hadnt read to the bottom of the threat, I see ITV4 have it, but my point stands

 

Garcia is definatley more pleasing to the eye than Spence but they have different skill sets.
Spence could make this fight very ugly and i have a feeling he will eventually just out hustle Garcia with alot of rough house tactics. I wouldn't be suprised to see Spence adopt a mauling Andre Ward style approach early on and use all his weight and body shots to drain Garcia then finish him off later on. Garcia will never have had body shots rip into him the way Spence will dish them out so you can tell early if he can handle the power or not.

Cant wait for this fight, no doubt people will **** on it because of the weight difference but i think its a great match up, Spence has alot more to lose in this.

 

Can see your point, but great the fight is on free to air TV, in the USA the card is on Fox PPV at $ 74.95!!!

 

I’m lumping on Garcia for this fight. And by lumping on I mean placing anything over a tenner !

 

Spence is just too big and also a very good boxer. Garcia is brilliant but this is a step too far.
