Holy ****! The ratings are just going way down! Is everyone watching on the SHO ANYTIME app or just DVRing?
Spence is supposed to be a star, but can barely do over 500k.
I remember the days SHO did 1mil on a regular basis.

    Times are changing.

I hate when people talk about the viewership numbers when you cant factor in all the fans watching on streams, iptv boxes etc

    Boxing is not dying lol

Spence is a relative newcomer to the uninitiated, and Ocampo is a nobody. Those numbers aren't bad.

He is a rising star and the numbers will get better. However, 183,000 over is not barely over. That's a fact.

Not bad. 500k is kind of the benchmark for bad numbers. Anything over a million is considered stellar.

So for Spence to fall between there against an opponent nobody knew, a week after 2 better promoted cards, is neither good nor bad.

It's disappointing. Not because of Spence, but because SHO ratings are so low.
Wilder is the only one to break 1m. Broner has come the closest. Everyone else hovers around the 500k mark.

    Top 3 what? Welter? Sure.

    He’s not top 3 P4P and certainly not a top 3 draw.

The corpse of Manny is still a better draw. Obviously Canelo and GGG, both Joshua and Wilder, Crawford, Loma, probably Kovalev still, maybe even Broner (sadly). May even be missing a few.

I’m not convinced a Spence-Thurman PPV will sell at all. Not that much more confidence in a Spence-Crawford PPV.

    Too soon.

Not saying he won’t be but blowing out Ocampo doesn’t get you there.

That the numbers are low. 500k being a low marker point. And 680k not a high point.
