    Porter said Thurman hits harder than Brook. And Brook would stop Khan, but Maidana couldn't. But Spence stopped Brook.

    In terms of answering the thread title, it is indeed Maidana >> Spence = Thurman or something like that.

    But in overall ability, i.e. the complete package, arguably both Spence & Thurman are better than Maidana was IMHO. Maidana was a very good fighter with some excellent wins, but the truth is that he happened to have a style that matched up very well against an older Floyd (a little like Salido vs Lomachenko), and gets overrated as a result. Remember he lost widely to Devon Alexander ...

    Spence and Thurman would have "One Time'd" Khan. I think Maidana is kind of like Matthysse. He can't knock out people at the elite level.

    Maidana has natural very heavy hands thudding blunt power.

    One Time has natural power but it's power that is enhanced by his speed.

    Spence has decent heavy handed power of the thudding variety but it's more a consistent beat the stuffing out of you type of power.

    Thurman easily hits much harder than either Maidana or Spence. The only problem is Thurman's power is only good for the first 4-5 rounds. Thurman almost knocked even Danny Garcia down, who is easily the most durable current Welterweight.

    Maidana's was able to drop Broner several times, who is very durable. Maidana was coming on strong late in the Khan fight

    Spence has good power, but clearly has much less punching power than either Thurman or Maidana. Spence's power wasn't keeping Brook of him. However, when Spence started using his jab, upped his punch volume, and started setting up clean shots he slowly chipped away at Brook until Brook couldn't take the punishment anymore. Against Thurman Spence would get knocked out if tries to match power with Thurman like he did against Brook in the early rounds.
