Good post , Johnson had been out of the ring for 2 years ,so perhaps we could cut him some slack for not looking too dynamic against Flynn . Johnson would have had a severely tougher battle with the Langford of 1912 who was on a roll that year, then again I think he would have been in better shape for Sam.
Posted this a while back. It sounds like Johnon's driver, who landed a few good ones to Johnson's face could have been a contender!
