It's good that Spike show these cards on a delay- any international boxing on terrestrial TV is a good thing.
I'm not sure you can have both running. It'll be easy enough to watch elsewhere of course but I'm a big fan of recording the overnight ones and watching at my will the next day. Can't be bothered with staying up late; I'm 24, too old for that now
It's good that they are showing it but I don't know why they can just show it live. I mean, its not like the channel is packed full of content and they need to squeeze it in the day after.
Ha ha, I also record the liver overnight cards and watch in the following day, although Spikes delayed coverage is at 10pm the following night isn't it? surely that isn't too late for a 24 year old As for running both at the same time, you can, just select a different picture source/input on your TV - I think Freeview is also called DTV?
It's mainly that they would have to employ three or four people to monitor/produce the ad breaks. Add into the mix that you can't show straight up US ad duration because of the rules limiting the minutes per hour in the UK it makes it frankly a bit of an extravagance for a fight that only has limited appeal. They tried it once and it clearly wasn't worth their while- at least they show it on delay.
