O'Sullivan is a British level fighter and should not under ANY circumstances be headlining a show at the MGM, and on possible PPV. Last minute replacement or not.

British level fighters knock out Antoine Douglas? I thought it took being at the very least fringe world class, as I'd believed that both Khurtsidze and O'Sullivan were, previously - thank you for enlightening me that both are in fact British level. I'm now "woke".

Spike isn’t a joke but there’s levels to this sport
GGG outboxes him in 12 UD

Hopefully Spike “I lost my O a long time ago” Sullivan makes good money for the beating he’s sure to receive.

I agree. That'd be a horrible waste of a fight. It reminds me a fair bit of the Wilder Arreola fight. Well Spike is at least coming off an upset win but you know what I mean. O'Sullivan is levels and levels below what I expect from a Golovkin opponent.

I'd ask you though, did you condemn Wilder's choice of opponent post Povetkin's failed test for melo? If you didn't you're looking pretty hypocritical here again.

GGG doesn't think it's ppv worthy, but HBO are determined to keep it ppv as they need the money.

Where I blame GGG is that he shouldn't stick to his May date - just cancel and get Saunders in June or July.

Spike has nothing for even this faded version of Golovkin. He's really quite poor as evidenced by the CEJ fight. Actually why don't we feed CEJ to GGG for a laugh? I'd watch it and then Lil' Chris can ride off in to the sunset never to be heard of again.

You don't get it mate, it's Gennady Golovkin that's not available. He's contractually obligated to a fight until Canelo gets his due ban on April 18. It's all a technicality, but that technicality prevents GGG to sign a contract for the same night (or any other). And then someone will have to take the fight on two weeks notice, on short money, but will they?

But it all does not matter: HBO will not put up BSJ or Andrade level money on two week's notice and ZERO time the build up the event. So the one last thing Clenelo El Cheato can do is pulling out and saying "I'm sorry I cheated and let my fans down, I'm also sorry to Team Golovkin and ready to compensate GGG in millions before a multi-million dollar lawsuit is filed seeking damages for his lost multi-million dollar purse. I cheated but from now on, I'm willing to play it clean, and will be back in (insert the year he's allowed to fight again), taking drug tests even out of competition"

BJS isn't available for May 5. The other three are. Fighting O'Sullivan is a waste of time IMHO.
