Don’t go to a fight with THE biggest puncher at the weight, who notoriously finds it hard to cut down to 160 and then stand right in front of him in the first round!

I'm Irish and I found spikes behaviour in the run up to this fight. disgusting .

 

I walk around 190 but once I start swimming/running daily basis I get to 180 then easy water cut.

Also, it seemed to me he caught Spike with half power too..Way out of his league in every department..Didnt know what day of the week it was after
