I hope someone posts this fight on yt as I haven't seen it yet. I heard Spinks was falling on the canvas any truth to that? In an article I looked up on the web it said "Spinks executed a near-flawless gameplan to frustrate and outpoint Mayorga". it is a tricky fight to watch. very much like froch-dirrell, mora-mosley etc. it all depends on what style you like also. but spinks definitely won because mayorga had 2 points taken off him. there are arguments about a knockdown not being scored as well http://i268.photobucket.com/albums/jj37/Darkstar1621/238214.gif
8-4 for Spinks. Moyorga barley landed on Spinks, I think like 10 %. Spinks controlled the fight all night.
Mayorga won clearly spinks ran and was always on the ground numerous times if I recall correctly thsi was underneath hop joppy I think
IMO Froch-Dirrell was watchable but not too friendly on the eyes. I haven't seen mora-mosley but I might if someone posts it on dailymotion or youtube. Spinks-Mayorga I'll definitely watch when given the opportunity. Thanks for the gif. I think Spinks may have been nervous like Dirrell because after all Ricardo can crack.
mora-mosley is **** until round 10 IMO. well mayorga was the favourite in that fight, and was coming off some impressive victories.
Lewis, Forrest twice, good victories. I just looked up his record on boxrec and it said Ricardo got stopped in his first fight. I didn't know that.
ye but apparently tito was the first to floor him. so maybe it was a mercy stoppage? i dunno. the rematch with lewis, that is a cracking fight.
