I also picked Pacquiao to knock out Cotto as well. I told people Clottey would look like a walking heavy bag, and I basically said the same for Margarito. So if you're looking for somebody who has been picking against Manny, you should look somewhere else.

I think most educated boxing fans (that means do not point to an ESB Poll) had Hatton getting his ass kicked by Pacquiao. I never felt that fight would be competitive. I have no idea where you get the idea that Hatton was the favorite, he was not. Pacquiao was the betting favorite in the match.

I felt Hatton was on borrowed time after watching his fight with Juan Lazcano.

And again, no boxing strategy was mentioned by yet another die-hard Manny fan.

Also, on the thread linked above, there is actually a poll for people voting on who they think will win in the Pac/Hatton match. The poll result is apparently:

Hatton: 65
Pac: 81

That makes Pac the favourite, but look how many people voted for Hatton...it's by no means a landslide.

Pac can only fight from medium range against Floyd. Outside, he gets potshotted and timed like Marquez did..inside, he doesn't have the skills to score effectively against Floyd who's a master of those short shots in close..at Medium range where Pac can target the straight left hand is where he can win the fight.
