I don't see no one beating him. Lesnar will take him down, and poud him out.

JDS is coming off of 3 stoppage wins over Cro Cop, Yvel and Gonzaga. The mans a machine.

JDS is a spectacular fighter, as everybody has said and I agree with.

But to shift the focus somewhat; Gonzaga needs to get his **** together ASAP. He looked like he was carrying a little extra fat, and his heart just didn't seem in it.

Gonzaga almost got JDS's back, then threw a headkick that had some bad intentions, but after JDS got up and the headkick missed, Gonzaga just couldn't be bothered to keep trying; sad for such a talent.

JDS has looked great so far, but the most we know about his ground game is that he's trained by Nog. We don't know much about his take down defense or his ability to get back up, much less sub defense, defensive guard and ability to pull off subs. I think a fight with Velasquez would be perfect because Velasquez would want to take him down rather than stand with him and we'd get to learn a lot.

Until he beats someone with real wrestling skills like Carwin or Velasquez I'm going to assume he wouldn't beat Lesnar.

Agreed this is a real waste of talent here. Gonzaga has everything needed offensivly in his standup like brutal leg kicks, dangerous head kick, heavy hands and a good Thai clinch. Very good takedowns and a Championship level ground game but it seems like if he cant break a guy early or if they put any kind of pressure on him he breaks. Gonzaga could do what he did to Cro Cop with just about any Heavyweight out there but he needs to understand it wont always be that easy. Kinda reminds me slightly of Belfort especially in Vitor's prime he could beat good oppostion but usually needed to blast them out quickly without much resistance.
