Canega looks game, punching with Turarov and not backing down - but he's bloodied and was rocked a few times in R8 (by a hook-2 combo, and then a stiff jab)

 

Up-and-in left hooks off the hip, double jab and right cross while charging in...

Offensive clinic by "Da Kazakh Kid", but "The Carnage" is one tough Pinoy.

 

Down goes Canega, with a minute to go in the final round!

Delayed reaction to a quick liver hook, but Turarov caught him with a left hook and right hand on the face as he was going down for good measure.

 

Down again, five seconds remaining!

 

That was a brutal 10-7 round, but "The Carnage" survives until the final bell.

I only caught the last three rounds but there was a very apparent gulf in class. Guessing we're going to get a slate of scores in the 100-88 neighborhood (unless there were additional knockdowns earlier)
