i saw this as well. they had lists for almost everything. they seem to have taken a liking to manny which is great for boxing b/c SI has kinda not reported much on boxing as of late...or at least as much as you would think they would considering they cover damn near every sport

Cause Larry Merchant and some members of the press criticized his boring performance against Baldomir.

hell there was an article on SI, (posted on here somewhere) where they were talking about manny in the same breath as lebron. talking about having building sized billboards of manny next to lebron. that's a huge step for SI.

maybe they finally understand that while mma may have found a niche...a bar room brawl inside a cage between two people who can't box is no match for the sweet science :yep

Once he embarrasses Manny, they will still hate. He won't go toe to toe with Manny. No reason to but once Manny is busted up and finds no target for his left hand, Floyd will have to wait YEARS until people agree..."okay, he was an all time great"

Well, it's more a compilation of "greatest boxing heroes of the past", than something based on comparing fighters.

Hehe that's some true old-school lists right there. Very nice, but at any rate I'd have Pernell Whitaker above #10 and Rocky Marciano among the top 5 HWs.
