Pretty much the entire content of the show anytime i have been unfortunate enough to turn it on. Sports Hyperbole would be a more apt name.

this show is lame..they use different methods to measure the punching power for every guy..some times its a crash test dummy..other times they do other ****....if they want it to make in any way scientific they need to use the same device.
