but not enough of it to win the fight!!! Like has been said already - if he'd have fought most of the fight like he did the last 3 he may well have even got a KO win!! I could clearly see he was a more classy boxer than Froch...but what Froch lacked in boxing skills he made up for in heart and taking the fight to his opponent. And its not exactly unknown that judges like the aggressor in a fight...not someone that runs and tries to nick rounds with moments of activity in 3 mins of a round.

you don't get points for missing.. Dirrell had the clearer punches and more of them.. on top of that wobbling Froch..

But I agree.. he should of fought the full fight as he did the last 3.. then he'd of crushed any form of argument against him..

You dont score fights based on taking the fight to the opponent. If thats the case then Hatton was beating Mayweather before he stopped. So please, not with that nonsense.

Btw, you also score the fight on defense and ring generalship, and given how bad Dirrell made Froch look, that again scores points in his favor.

froch got exposed last night...he had the nerves to say it was easy and that he never got hurt blah blah blah....i lost all respect after reading that and i was a fan b4 yesterday...he is trash and will get exposed in this tournament....Dirrell had him looking like a amateur the whole fight while the sweet science was being dispalyed especially in 10-12 rounds which are considered championship rounds and guess what direll won those two....and froch is dirty as ****...

Yo, who cares what the fat white jesus has to say. I seen the ****ing fight. The only punch that landed consitently was Dirrells jabs to the body. That backed Froch the **** up when landed. And Dirrell's counters. There is a reason Froch did not go balls in b/c he was getting **** hit with counters. Nobody gives a **** what fat dirty jesus has to say or any of you euro assholes. If Dirrell is so terrible that means Willie Pep aint ****. Oh, he is boxing beautifully when he makes a guy miss and chase him. Double standard green toothed mother****ers.

Boxing is a [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Combat_sport"]combat sport[/ame] where two participants, generally of similar [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_weight"]weight[/ame], [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Combat"]fight[/ame] each other with their [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fist"]fists[/ame]. Boxing is supervised by a referee and is typically engaged in during a series of one to three-minute intervals called rounds. There are three ways to win. Victory is achieved if the opponent is knocked down and unable to get up before the referee counts to ten [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second"]seconds[/ame] (a [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Knockout"]Knockout[/ame], or KO) or if the opponent is deemed too [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Injury"]injured[/ame] to continue (a [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Technical_Knockout"]Technical Knockout[/ame], or TKO). If there is no stoppage of the fight before an agreed number of rounds, a winner is determined either by the referee's decision or by judges' scorecards.

Note that no where does it mention defense. Note that it says combat sport. Note it says fists not feet. :nut

Easy tiger, you realize that without the point deduction dirty Jesus had it a draw? Clearly thought very highly of Dirrell.

**** on whomever you want, but shitting on a guy that agrees with you +/- 2 rounds that he admited were debatable just makes you look hysterical.

well played. I don't see how the fight could be given to Froch but to each there own opinion
