    Experts......

If I do legs in the morning then arms in the afternoon, as stupid as it sounds I can expect the same gains can't i???

It stresses me out doing the workout so want to split it in two....

Von LPC here, I'm certainly no expert but I would say so. As long as your nutrition is good you should be fine and you are giving yourself ample rest. Gauging by your other posts it seems you know how to structure a strength and conditioning program.

I don't see why you wouldn't be fine. As long as you're still refueling correctly and getting enough sleep.

how would this interfere with your boxing routine? I would say do whats best for your body keeping in mind whatever you do doesn't interfere with your boxing schedule.

It would be better for you to do a max effort lower body day and an max effort upper body day.

as protein and cabrs feed muscle growth, you need to eat/drink accordingly, if you aren't, then little point.

I want to add that hydration, rest and adequate (8-9 hours) sleep is also needed to see gains on both your strength training and boxing goals.

I don't know if there's any conclusive evidence but I don't think it would do any harm.. As long as you aren't mentally too fatigued from the first workout, it might even be better to do it like that..
I usually do my strength days like that, squats/deadlifts/olympic lifts in the morning and weighted pull-ups/dips and handstand push ups later on. Doing them on separate days is probably slightly better though.
I don't think I'd be able to get myself down to the gym or complete the workout with quality if I tried to work on full-body max strength in one session.

Depends how often youre doing this.
Key word in any lifting routine where youre going maximal for gains, is recovery.
If youre training maximimum intensity in the morning, youre body wont have dealt with the hormones, toxins etc released into the blood would be my thinking.

Difficult to say. But in all honesty i doubt it. Working out too hard never yields much results beyond injury's. Anyway why you asking this question? You're a PT and a boxer.
