SMOKESTACK is now in PAPERBACK. I'm glad it is, as it looks really good. I should have did this in January but live and learn. I don't know how many of you have read Pete Hamill's "Why Sinatra Matters" but I made this one the same size as it is of comparable page length -though mine is cheaper. Anyway, get it, even if you've already downloaded it. It's worth it. (McGrain should definitely get it as he gets a salute in the notes.)
