Does anyone know where I can buy something like this for a home gym that isn't too expensive, maybe £30? Second hand isn't a problem. Thanks in advance.
I would spend a little more money and buy a trap/shrug bar for a home gym. They sometimes come up for sale on Ebay. You can get them for stadard or olympic weights. The movement is like a cross between a squat and a deadlift. Its a great tool for shrugs.
