1. Nardico doesn't look as much an explosive compact puncher on film as Moore/Charles and isn't proven against the better fighters of the era. Plus he isn't as accurate, fast and basically doesn't land as much which is more important in scoring KOs as raw power.

2. I think his management kept him away from them. I'm sure if the money was right, ie career high payday he'd fight them, no doubt. But he was happy facing Zivic instead of Burley. And anyone against Burley would be a big box office fight as I believe Robinson once was offered career high money for Burley

3. Lamotta has a good chin but it proves his chin is far from invincable if he's getting stopped and he can be ko'd just like anyone. Would you fancy Lamotta to take McClellan's shots? How would you see a fight between them?

The fact Satterfield only had 15fights means he isnt yet prime, hes less experienced, less adept at getting his shots off and not as strong and powerful as he will become. Also not getting ko'd by Satterfield isn't that big a deal because the vast majority of contenders beat him.
