    8-4 schooling?

    8-4 is a clear win, not a schooling

    I'm not a Pacquiao fan, but to say that he's crude and skilless is just false. And comparing Sugar Ray to Floyd? You should be ****ing ashamed of yourself for even thinking that.

    Did you forget how Duran beat ray first?

    Perhaps the background is similar but floyd and pac will make their own fight.

    Pac has the perfect style to win rounds against the 2014 Mayweather. Only way Floyd wins is by KO/TKO

    Manny has none of Duran's skills.....#1 Duran could fight on the inside, Manny can't even throw punches on the inside.

    Exactly. None of Duran's skills ---- inside, outside, power, tenacity, determination and heart. No resemblance whatsoever.

    Pac fights nothing like Duran. Pac jumps in and out throwing mostly straight punches, making his defence vulnerable. Duran was much more complete and had as good a defence as he had an offence. He was slick as hell and could counter in an instant with immense variety. As for Mayweather, well he would just get chased out the ring vs prime Duran.

    SRL fights nothing like Mayweather either. He was far more aggressive and had an offence Floyd could only dream of.

    Both Duran and SRL would stop Pac and Floyd over 15. Too skilled, too tough.

    SRL beat Mayweather :lol::patsch

    Instead of health come first we could probably see Floyd manicures come first :lol:.

    You can't beat what you can't hit.

    You know, this taking one fight out of well over a hundred and calling Duran a quitter is extremely biased.

    Duran beat SRL in their first fight when both were at their best and if he was a quitter he never would have been a holy terror at 135 nor would he have destroyed Moore and beat Barkley. If quitting is all he really wanted to do, he could have lasted the round and not come out in the next round, which is what Sonny Liston did in his first fight against Ali. It wasn't like he was hurt or anything, and the scorecards prior to him "not wanting to fight this clown", were surprisingly close. I believe after 8 rounds he was down by 2 rounds on two of the scorecards and only 1 round on the other.

    What happened was the fight was signed earlier than Duran wanted it to be because SRL offered him a huge, huge payday. SRL even said himself he knew Duran wasn't going to be in shape for the rematch because he had gained over 40lbs. So because Duran wasn't in top shape he wasn't able to cut off the ring the way he normally would, and he lost enough weight in a very short time to take away a lot of his power, and because of that Leonard was able to outbox him. But if that's all that happened he wouldn't have quit, what made he quit was then Leonard, knowing all this, started taunting Duran, sticking his head out, his tongue out and even threw a bolo punch. Duran couldn't care less about being knocked out, but embarrassed? That was something his Latin blood couldn't handle. So he then threw up his hands and said in Spanish, "I don't want to fight this clown" and when the ref, who couldn't believe it, asked him again to fight, he then said "no mas."

    SRL to Duran: My health come first.
