SSM-PBF NOT for the WBA belt

Good, I don't know why Mayweather would want to be one of the 3 WBA Welterweight champs anyway.

 

The peoples Champ is more important.

 

It's just a way for the sanctioning bodies to get their hands in the pockets of fighters. You save thousands of dollars at least if you pass on these belts. I hope more established fighters will continue to do this. I can understand young guys fighting for them and using it to build their names, but fighters with names and credibility don't need them. These sanctioning bodies are corrupt, and this is one small step toward cleaning the sport.

 

It makes a mockery out of the WBA...they can't be to happy.

A strong statement by Floyd though, reputation and credibility weighs much more than any belt atm!

Belts dont do nothin but collect dust. It doesnt take away from the significance of the fight though. Personally if it was me i wud want a seventh world title, but thats just me.

 

HES loyal to wbc he didnt pay ibf sanctioning fee wen he fought judah an he thew it in the bin basically straight afta he never shows his copy of in in his cabinet he only shows green belts thats y he went straight 4 baldomir after to get the green belt so im asuming if pacman dnt fight him nxt which im sure he will fight him though then the nxt option wud b berto next or afta pac but sumpoint he might feel like talking the WBC back
