No news, just both fighters still keen for the fight on twitter and both management teams being keen to discuss options. The promoters as always will make the decisions though, leaving it out of both fighters hands.
Hmmm. In the meantime better work on that fallback plan B so De Mori doesnt gather too much ring rust. Huamono would be the fight to make.
Demori's plan B - Pump more weights Demori's plan C - Call Don King for a bum of the month fight and then Pump more weights
I have softened by stance on Mark. I think he genuinely does want to step up his opposition. Probably been given bad advice and guidance along the way. Just have to try to do things differently when what you've been doing isnt working.
Of course you would have to agree because Sol V MDM has zero chance of ever happening. Damon McCreary is more up Mark's alley.
de Mori seems to have a soft spot for short fat guys. Who could ever forget the 350 Kevin Karusa The St Marys fight was original set against the fatty is in this video, Saul Farah. Watch for his comical round 2 KO below. He'd already been down once or twice prior >>> [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XavX9VRYVEI&feature=relmfu[/ame] de Mori was to defend his mickey mouse title against that blob Farah. Shows how much they thought of Troy Weida. His fight reverted to a non-title bout
Latest from Deontay to Mark 'I'm ready GoldenBoy have something they've been planning but again everyone loves the fight so dont be surprised when its on, I want this fight.'
yeah, real arena filler..... what decent heavy wouldnt look at demori as a tomato can?:-( he only wants the fight to ko another 'can'.:deal
I sincerely hope he lands a fight with Deontay Wilder. Because otherwise he'll probably fight another shot to bits oldie like 46 year old Bert Cooper, and as we saw from the disastrous 'crowd' at St Marys, people aren't going to buy that **** any more.
More than happy for them to think of Mark as another can. ****, I'm sure Mark would consider dressing as one to walk to ring if it means he can end Deontays zero
