He's fast but he doesn't RUN as fast or as sleek as FLOYD.Actually Pacquiao is not a technically sound Boxer he's boxing style well, it's hard to describe isn't it? coz no one has ever seen anythin like it before.Very weird the guy all is over the place.But you're right he can be outboxed i don't think he's the best pure Boxer ever.All heart, aggression, speed, power and will I guess someone the purist won't find appealing.
