    Johnboy, Strange as it may seem its great coming off, I encourage it, the body reacts to it. Adapting to the Feel better, the secret is the Head not moving. Simple way to start is hands on the wall, moving a couple of move ments each way. the smaller the roller the harder it is, Rolling Pins makes you move Fast. :D Plus its a great way of massaging the Feet Bare Footed.
