Like what if Andy Lee became mandatory for Billy Joe Saunders WBO title? I know it's unlikely to happen but i'm intrigued as to whether it has happens in recent years?
You do know Andy Lee and Billy Joe already fought right? It happens on occasion, It's really not a big deal, no different than fighting someone you had a sparring relationship with.
Both fighters weren't being trained by Adam Booth at the time, and it is different to fighting someone you had a sparring relationship with because stable mate means you are both trained by the same trainer.
Had Ruslan beaten Algieri, Ruslan would have given a shot at Pac. Roach even said that he would side w/ Pac and Ruslan even acknowledged/understood this.
interesting, i just can't imagine a trainer training a fighter to beat another fighter who he also trains, i imagine the trainer would feel very uncomfortable.
