    Valeara was really more fresher at the end, but he will be Kod by the first puncher. Kashtanov had him in trouble in round 5 or round 6 when stunning him several times, luckily for Valera he was saved by this problem with Kashtanov's glove and the bell.

    Valera went long stretches of doing nothing but run, hold, and unsuccessfully pot shot with loose-limb flurries. Even in the "closer rounds" where Kashtanov just followed him around without getting much clean work in, there wasn't exactly much to reward on Valera's end.

    Varela did have success with landing pot shots and flurries in more than one rounds, and Kash didn't get any clean work done, or effectively cut off the ring in the last couple of stanzas. The decision was bad, but Varela wasn't completely ineffective in there.
