    Yes,

    His superior bore the title of "Grand Moff", which in the Star Wars universe, is like a Governor or something. Still, the Emperor was his main master.

    I should have worded the rankings differently, I was just going by the lines of " Empire Strikes Back "

    Perhaps we can expand "Commando Week" into a generalized "Action Hero Week"?
