Gotta give McNeeley credit, he played the part. Even at the press conference when he said he was going to wrap Tyson up in a cocoon of horror, Tyson had the chuckle at that one. I think realistically he was scared shitless.
Hagler-Hearns not only was an all-time great fight, but contained an all-world stare down that foreshadowed the violence to come.
"Iron" Mike Tyson Sonny Liston Aaron Pryor Vitali Klitschko come to mind EDIT: How could I leave George Foreman out???
Agreed, it was only really after prison that he started to use stare down intimidation as a weapon. Like others have mentioned Tyson Mcneeley was classic. I watched it live in a Uk theatre and the were people cheering as Tyson's eyes followed Mcneeley
This was the one i was going to mention. The way Tysons eyes tracked him from side to side, so cold and emotionless. McNeeley knew from that moment that he was ****ed haha
Benitez,Hagler,Duran,Trinidad,Pryor,Liston, but its Hearns, you knew he wanted to kill you and he really was trying to kill you to,very very scary knowing that his cold strare was only the begining of terror.
:rofl 'Cocoon of horror' aaaaggghhahahahahaha - i bet everybody in the room was crying trying to stifle their laughs at that one - everytime I think about that it cracks me up - what a complete berk
