Why does thinking (I fully expect brook to go down too) that doesnt mean we think Spence hits harder, doe. Spence is faster and quicker which means i believe he'll land unexpected and unseem shots. Add in, it's probably going to last more rounds which could work brook (and Spence) over more and eventually break brook down too much and leave brook nowhere to go but down. Still, amazingly great match up #1 ww fight I can remember, before the night of
Holy lord, Ggg clearly ran brook out the ring in less than 5 with brook being truly competitive in round 2 and ONLY round 2. He had zero chance of lasting 12 never ever never. Lmfao, the injury only saved brook a career ending beating. Brook was a much better fighter pre ggg, to me. That fight proved to me he doesn't have it in him to beat a fighter on his talent level. So Spence is going to stop him in convincing fashion.
To be fair and as we all said at the time it was a stupid move and let's be honest here no welterweight could beat GGG cause if nobody at 160 can then sure as damn it Brook or Spence couldn't do it. You're right though this fight is a big one and like with all 50/50 match ups opinions are divided,I just think Brook is too skilled and seasoned for Spence at this stage,Brook isn't gonna let Spence come in there and boss him around and at the end of the day it comes down to levels, would of loved Spence to have fought Porter before Brook and then we'd have more to go off I guess, respect for both guys
Haven't you heard! G has been taking it easy on opponents and looking vulnerable so the big boys give him a call. He could have knocked Brook out cold in the first round if he wanted. This is G we're talking about man!!! So yes, Spence will drop Brook several times in this fight!!!
The orbital and the weight could very well be huge factors in the fight. They're not mere "excuses" as you so dismissively label them
IT was a punch that broke his eye socket that stopped the fight you donut. Spencer wont even get close.
Eh, Spencer misses all the time, wtf are you on about lol. It's Kell who is the king of accuracy, and whilst we KNOW that Kell's chin is made of steel galvanised granite it;s pretty much accepted that Spencer can;t take a punch. First chocolate brownie that lands and Spencer will be dancing for the Sheffield crowd.
Got to say these armchair experts are giving me a,quite frankly, insane price on Kell Brook. Happens a lot tbh. Fury v Klitschko, Linares at 1/2 to beat Crolla (shouldve been anout 1/7), Froch v Groves was about 8/11 or longer etc. Boxing is the one sport where there are more ricks in the odds than anyother. Kell at 6/4 is one of the greatest steals of all time. Spencer is going to get exposed big time. Jeff Lacy 2. Just been reading the pre fight predictions for theLacy fight. Yanks pretend these days that they never REALLY rated Lacythat much and always knew he wasnt that good. Not what the pre-fight predictions were saying. Honestly, can't link it here but it's hilarious. http://www.boxing scene.com/boxing scene-staff-predictions-jeff-lacy-vs-joe-calzaghe--3266
Lacy was 100 years ago now lol, has there been another Lacy since? You can't keep gloating about that one for much longer can you?
WEll Shawn Porter was known as mini Mike Tyson until Kell battered him for 12 rounds. JERmain Taylor was supposed to obliterate Froch, Dirrell was going to be too much for Degale, Tyson was going to teach Lewis a lesson, Bute was going to demolish Froch, Breazale was going to expose Joshua, Mclelland was going to dominate Benn, Honeyghan humililating Curry. WE've been doing it for years. Spencer is just the latest in a very long and humiliating line. You'd think you'd learn
Lacy, Broner, Imam, Gary Russel jr., Robert Easter, Tevin Farmer, Spence, Charlos, Andrade, etc. Hype enough people and you'll get some right. But don't pretend that the UK doesn't do this just as much as anyone.
You don't think that Amir Khan has a Glass Jaw, therefor I can't take what you say seriously. Brook dominated Golovkin in Round 2, completley outboxed him and make him look very slow and ponderous. Had Brook not sustained the injury I believe there would have been more rounds like round 2.
The more I watch the first two rounds the more obvious it is that Kell would have got the win. Spencer will be humiliated.
