    He shuld unify the division first and then move up to fight in Featherweight. It's only a 4lb difference, nothing major.

    No he should not take PEDs. They are for disgraces to the Sport like Jones Jr and Toney. I believe Rigondeaux could beat the best Featherweights without them, however Jones and Toney needed them when they was running scared of the likes of Calzaghe, Eubank and Benn.
