my left knee (front foot) was bothering me badly after training and sometimes even WHILE so i'm starting over.

before, i had a more of a spaced out stance where my hands were more close to my shoulders so that i could counter better. i have now switched it up to where they are closer to my chin which i have noticed though that this is putting a lot more of my back into my punches where as before it was more from my shoulders. comments on this please...

so another question concerning this is how much do u guys use, or suggest using, of ur back. i was working on really using my waist to add power, not sure how much it worked, but what i did notice was that my accuracy might have been better, but took a loss of speed on doubling up my punches. comments on this...

also my last question would be which way is better in your opinions.

thanks in advance and for those who even took the time to read my journal!!!!

turn your hips into the punch, pivot your foot

Legs, back, shoulders, technique are what I regard as important when it comes to power.
