    12km jogging in the morning
    light 5 min strech
    afternoon boxing:
30 min warmup , strech and several drills for coordination and balance with coach
45 min shadowbox (with few 1 min breaks) working on technique
6/3min rounds on heavybag combination and endurance
    10 min jump rope
    3 sets of 30 situps
2 sets of 1 min planks
yes and no for neck to failure
    streching 15 minutes
evening : 5 sets of 100m sprints on track
    3 sets of pushups (40,30,30)
    3 sets of pullups (10,10,10)
    10 min strech.

Going to do pretty much the same thing for a week or two
i hope i can handle it cuz i already feel sore all around after first day
especially having sorness in lags and lower back.

changing some things in my routine

jogging combined with sprints in morning
    light strech
weightlifting at gym (for first week just going to do some basics lifts , now working with coach for a gym plan that suits a boxer )
    15 min strech
    in the evening boxing
same routine only added 3 rounds of mitt work

30 min warmup , strech and several drills for coordination and balance with coach
45 min shadowbox (with few 1 min breaks) working on technique
3/3 min rounds on mits with coach
6/3min rounds on heavybag combination and endurance
    10 min jump rope
    3 sets of 30 situps
2 sets of 1 min planks
yes and no for neck to failure
    streching 15 minutes

im not going to do too much weightlifting only doing it for month or two
cuz at the moment i thing i can benifit from that.
