Can someone list the names in succession of the fighters who beat "the man", regardless of what belt it was for?

Tyson (undisputed) lost to J.B. Douglass.
    Douglass lost to Holyfield
Holyfield lost to... (up until today)

    THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

Makes you kind of miss Lewis. i hope there is some unification real soon and that by the end of the year there is an undisputed champ in the HW division.

Lewis retired because V. Klitschko was beating him before the fight was stopped due to, as Lewis put it, "the state of his face"

This makes V. Klitschko the closest thing we have to a "man" right now

    Not really.

If the fight had continued, maybe Vitali would have won or maybe not, but the fact is that the fight couldn't continue, because, as Lewis put it, "the state of his face."

Wlad is the one who has been doing the best work in the division and has unified two belts. He's the top guy.
