Statistically speaking, is Mayweather the boxer most closest to perfection?

Great champions are those seen to have risen from defeat. FMJ is very questionable in these factor. He must challenge all the threats in his era first and eliminating them before claiming greatness.

KOd at the beginning beat in the middle and blasted at the end no way in the hell is Pac over Money. This goes with people picking fighters they like than the more skilled fighter.

Manny is more accomplished. Most fighters have losses, that's not how you measure feats of success.

Are you asking why his accomplishments are better or what qualities as a fighter he holds better than Floyd?

Well when I rank fighters I rank them based on accomplishment, because how skilled a fighter is can only be properly gauged with the quality of fighters they beat. But on qualities as a fighter:

Floyd is more versatile and generally more skilled but Manny has certain qualities that he edges over Floyd. His use of angles is better, Manny uses much more lateral movement than Floyd does, and that factors into controlling the center of a ring against opposite-stance fighters more often (only failing to do so against Marquez). Manny's not an expert at cutting off a ring, but he's a bit better at it than Floyd is as he's much faster at closing the distance on an opponent. He doesn't reach as much leaning on the front foot when he attacks. His offense is more explosive and his combinations are more varied. He's also more fluid in exchanges, Floyd often has to set himself to punch and restarts when rushed with a flurry.

I respect your opinion but in my eyes no way is Pac on Moneys level skill wise and as for accomplishments fighting 3 fighters 9 times dose not impress me and winning belts at catch weights speaks for itself.

Floyd may have more skills, but how their skills match up will never be known for sure as they never fought. The more skilled fighter does not always win, styles come into play heavily.

Having rematches is something virtually every ATG has done, in no way does it take away from your greatness. Catch-weights aren't something to celebrate but they don't categorically make a win meaningless, in fact it was a benefit to Margarito. Barrera is a better win than any on Floyd's resume and was done at or very near his prime. Cotto wasn't in great condition but didn't fight at all like he was weakened, and Pacquiao picked him apart despite being smaller. The same jab that was tagging and troubling Mayweather was countered time and time again by Manny's left.

I'm not a huge fan of either fighter but Manny has become underrated.

Not overrated just that I think more people are seeing him for what he is.He is a great fighter but matchmaking was a big part of his success, who did he beat for his 135 title and where was he ranked?

"What he is" is a fighter that got trumped by Marquez, in no way is that being exposed as less than great. Marquez turns him and feints him coming forward and changes levels, but Manny being out-boxed it's not the norm. Diaz was a forgettable win, but clearly that's not why he's celebrated. Manny's very underrated because people think that he's unskilled and his accomplishments were all hype but getting beaten by a longtime ATG rival doesn't take away from any of that. People have said that Manny is a bum, that Manny would be lucky to get into the HOF, Manny is the worst P4P#1 ever, it's ridiculous, he's become underrated without question. So many fighters that claim to appreciate the "sweet science" can't realize the subtle tricks and skills Manny employs.

Sorry to say, but every ATG would have a hell of a time in today's welter era. I hate listening to this 'ah it was better back then' bull****. Mayweather would beat Hearns too btw, go chew on that. And to the OP - you will never find someone as good as mayweather for a very long time (if ever).
