staying relaxed while boxing...

    Yah this is a good post. My coach said the reason I wasn't going to my potential was because he said I had no confidence in myself. People told me my entire life that I don't have enough confidence. So whenever I did pretty much everything I focused and said that "I CAN do this, but I will have to focus it on it." Rather than just thinking I need a miracle to do this kind of attitude. It has improved me as a person and a fighter a lot.

    Alot of people seem to be missunderstand the concept of being relaxed while boxing. All it means is keeping a clear head while fighting and to not think to much. When a boxer loses his cool that is when he loses. You can go all out fighting while keeping a calm clear mind.

    Same with me, I get frustrated sometimes because of it.
