    no sense in trying to talk sense with shortydee

    ward has said he wants the fight..k2 has never made a real offer...on one hand they tell us that ward is scared and they sent offers and heard no response...that ward is ducking....then they come out the other side of their mouth saying "ward needs to build himself back up and make the fight bigger and let it build itself"......what they are saying essentially is "we dont want to ruin gggs image by having him outboxed by a better fighter that we wont be favored over"

    Your argument is absurd.

    K2 sent a contract to Roc nation for a fight to be made at 164.

    There was no response, so Tom Loeffler went public with the offer.

    When Kathy Duva piped up and said that she too had sent Roc an offer for Kovalev, Tom Loefler said that he had also claimed to be open to counter offers from Ward all the way up to 168 so long as testing, rehydration clause and venue and guaranteed purse were met.

    Who will Ward fight next?

    Will it be WBO titlist Artur Abraham?
    Will it be WBC titlist George Groves?
    Will it be WBA minor titlists Chudinov/Feigenbutz?
    Will it be IBF titlist James DeGale?
    Will it be the rightful IBF titlist Andre Dirrel?
    Will it be former WBC titlist Tony Dirrel?

    No, it will be a weight drained china chinned for CW titlist who hasnt been relevant in almost 7 yr, Enzo Macerenelli, at a weight he hasnt made since he was 19. :-:)-:)-(

    According to trainer Freddie Roach, WBC middleweight champion Miguel Cotto will weigh around 166-pounds by the time he steps in the on Saturday night against former champion Daniel Geale at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

    Cotto demanded a catch-weight of 157-pounds for the bout and weighed in at 153.6 pounds, which is actually under the junior middleweight limit. Geale squeezed down to the limit of 157-pounds and struggled to do so.

    The game plan put together by Roach is to target the body and break it down until Geale goes down for the count.

    "It was a calculated weight [that Miguel made]. It was what we expected. Miguel will work very hard to the body of Geale. Miguel will knock Geale out. Miguel will climb to 166-pounds. He had a fabulous preparation. Geale showed that it cost a lot to make the agreed upon weight," Roach told El Vocero.

    "He won't be able to get away from Miguel's attack which is going to begin from the first round. This is a very important for fight for us. There are many things out there waiting for us. You will see what I said about Miguel. He's in the best [shape of his career] and he will knock out Geale."

    Also Cotto used to come in way over the division limit when he was draining himself down to 140.

    I very much doubt this was the highest weight he rehydrated to when he was campaigning down at 140 given that it's the only recorded fight night weight of his career that I'm aware of. What a big bully, eh? :patsch

    That desire/enthusiast is contrary to a person accepting step aside money. Money which I'm thinking is not that much since they refuse to put a an official statement out for it, they know how much they got matters.

    then k2 came out and said "ward needs to build his name back up so it will be a big fight".......kind of contrary to "we sent him an offer and never heard back"......lol....keep believing k2 ...i mean they are trying to save face.....ward even said he confronted loeffler and loeffler agreed with him and that loeffler said the "duck" rumors being spread about him were the result of abel sanchez and not himself
