    Sad day as I really liked the American psycho but it was probably the right move.

    He has a career he can be proud of, several wins in the UFC and most notably played a major part in MMA breaking through to become as big as it did at one point.

    And of course, he fought his ass off every fight and gave 100%.

    I wish him good luck with whatever he does.

    The man deserves his respect for contributing to the sport. Given his story in season 1 TUF he might of just stuck with being a personal trainer had he not joined with the show. but now he has a place in MMA history. He is a well liked character as well with memorable fights in his career

    :lol: I wont miss him either. But the UFC will miss his 'name brand' recognition. All the best to him in retirement though.
