Its expected that any fight the fans really want wont happen for at least a minimum of 3-4 years & it's then when the real negotiation's begin,

By that time B fighter is no longer exactly what he once was & is on the decline one way or another & is willing to accept a lesser deal for a proposed match,

It's been like this since the new era, there was a time Haymon was slowly ousting Espinosa but after their FOX Deal not producing what was hoped they went back into the Showtime Train where they knew here's a guy with little self respect & who is constantly oozing with desperation named Espinosa who will gladly pick up the pieces whenever appointed,

This is where they specialise in ass kissing & protecting their Signed Fighter's like no other, so called match-making promoter's budding each other backstage while portraying a different persona for when the cameras start to roll in hopes to falsify more narrative's particularly through bias driven channels like Fighthype.

 

Who’s the next run of the mill opponent for Tank then?

 

I envision an Isaac Cruz rematch or Jezreel Corrales who conveniently sits at #2 in the WBA LW rankings. Typical training wheels opponents for sTank Duckvis.

 

I get where he is coming from. Its very rare and probably not as easy as people think.

However the most important thing should be the interests of the fighters.

If showtime are ready to pay up then DHL should let Garcia fight Tank on showtime and vice verca if DAZN are ready to put up the money.

DAZN have repeatedly said they ate not against fighters fighting on other networks but I haven't heard espinoza say that.

 

It shouldn't be a joint ppv. These guys aren't big enough for that. This isn't a mega fight those are facts.

This fight isn't anywhere near the 3rd biggest in boxing and if it is that just shows you how much boxing sucks right now if this fight is the so called 3rd biggest fight in boxing. It's a good fight but not a great fight by any means and definitely not worthy of a joint ppv. Even in the prime days of ppv this fight would be lucky to break a million and back then a fight at or around a million buys didn't justify a joint ppv.

 

This will do maximum 300 or 400,000 buys Not more. These guys just aren't as well known as they think

I could see it in the future if both guys had decimated their previous high quality opponent's & now were the two left with the assistance of those years contributing to their build up along the way,

Even though Tank appeals to many nowadays along with Ryan having his social media type fanbases I still can't see their fight at this point doing those massive numbers in todays landscape concerning PPV's.
