Ignoring Fulton and Inoue, which I don't feel strongly about; There is something wrong with obscene weight cuts in a world of haves and have-nots, where some guys have access to exotic weight loss techniques and medical supervision and giant teams micromanaging every moment of their day - stuff not available to everyone. Giving us all those enforced Journeymen from boxing backwaters, living out of suitcases, fighting guys many weight divisions heavier their entire career, who never once got to test themselves on a level playing field.

Its pretty sick how every prospect now starts out beating up on guys half their size for several years; and instructive that once they take a loss (usually the first guy their own size) and their first "run" is over, and they are no longer the intensively micromanaged and heavily supported darling of their promoter they start having weight problems - because they now have to start managing some of their own lives and weight cuts (and doping), like their previous victims always had to.

Fulton has the skills and grit to beat Foster IMO but it sucks that even if he does manage to win convincingly he won’t be getting much credit for it. Part of me wonders if this was intentional on Fulton’s part as a way to increase his power, like Ryan Garcia against Haney.

The only thing that can't be stopped is Fulton's eating.

weight bullying is a bunch of fanboy nonsense. everyone has the option to shed as much weight as they think they can, and to reap the benefits, or suffer the consequences, depending on where you start to lose more than you gain. dont have the genetics to drop the weight? tough ****, thats life. blame your parents and their genes.

Fulton looks out of shape. I don't think he's weight-bullying, I think he ate too much turkey at Thanksgiving or didn't train much for this fight.

Overweight for a new division. Looked soft. Made enough money already? Probably. Credit to Foster who looked sharp.

The firsts things you learn as a British aspiring pro boxer in UK gyms are:

    Fight like a warrior
    Don't run or hold
    Don't do steroids
    Fight at your natural weight
    Don't miss weight
    Don't be afraid to travel
    Don't grunt when you punch
Make sure your ring attire is always on point

These are literally the first things they teach us
