    Round 6

Boschiero connects on a Superman right. Smith is stunned a little but rolls with it. Smith puts Boschiero into a headlock repeatedly as the Italian charges in headlong, center of gravity low, face down. Smith is doing clean work a pace out with the jab as he sets and waits on Boschiero. Nice left hook by Smith. Boschiero down and badly hurt! He is up at seven, after spitting his gum shield. Smith runs over to whack him and Boschiero cowers against the ropes, pleading with the ref for a chance to put his mouthpiece back in first. The ref concedes, but a moot point. Smith flurries and hits the body squarely and Boschiero is down again in a crumpled heap. Waved off immediately even though Boschiero is sitting up, frowning at the ref and complaining.

    TKO6!

By far the biggest achievement of Swifty's career so far.

That was a beaut on the liver he first dropped Boschiero with. He got lots of leverage on that.

I'm impressed, Smith looked very good, hopefully he gets his world title shot in the very near future.

Although he looked good...he better hope Pedraza leaves the division, totally different levels.

1st time seeing Smith sounds like he's been disappointing in the past, looked good tonight though

I think Bosch wanted to quit but wanted to make it look like a knock out.

He was getting over an injury or illness or something and sort of cruised through his tuneups. :conf

He seems back on form now. :good

Now can Liam topple Thompson and Callum topple Rocky and end the Smith family's year with a trifecta of wins to make up for Paul's two losses?

No shame, his corner and the ref should have done that job for him and save his dignity (not that he should lose any over it anyway but I imagine it's hard to quit as a fighter).
