Skills do pay the bills, and many on here, maybe not you, were banging on about how skilled and yes slick Fulton is. For what it's worth, he is slick to a certain degree. Even though Leo and Figueroa who are both fairly exceptional at cutting off the ring, gave him hell and kept him pinned along the ropes for decent stretches, he still wasn't the easiest target to find in a literal phone booth. As far as the Marshall crack goes, no... you can't. At least Marshall mounted something of a comeback and won 4 of the last 5 rounds, she was also highly competitive in the 2nd round, had that been a 12 rounder, she would've in all likelihood done enough for a draw or eke out a SD win. Fulton didn't win a second of this match. Also, no one is hammering away on the people who made the wrong pick, it's the ones that were the most abrasively bellicose and belligerent about it.

Inoue was out jabbing the bigger man from round one. Awesome to watch he was just a level above in every department speed power and boxing ability, he made Fulton miss with a lot of shots.

    Yeah, that's fair.

But that could be said for plenty of laws.

    Anyway, back to the boxing.

Yeah well.... he needs to keep that **** private. It hasn't been mentioned once until this morning, and I'm pretty sure I've seen every televised match of Fulton's since he fought Jamal Parram back in 2015. It was just some weird factoid those creepy weirdos at ESPN tried to shoehorn in to further endear him to the fans.

Man, Fulton is a total powderpuff. Who the **** picked him to beat Inoue, the #1 boxer in the world today. Inoue is a natural. Those type guys are born, not made.

Good cards. This is why it is important for officials not to be from either fighter's home nation. If a homogeneous country like Japan can manage it, why can't the U.S.A.?

Though I'd like to point out that the fight didn't take place in Yokohama, Japan.

When Fulton was making his way out, he was given a standing ovation by the crowd. We knew he gave it all like a warrior and never backed down.

We Japanese are a classy bunch, most of the time, except for the war bit.

Could have knocked him out in the 2nd round if he wanted to. Any time he opened up

Every country has it's skeletons my friend.

The Japanese are a classy bunch. No other country's fans routinely clean up their mess at a sporting stadium after an event.

The ovation given to Fulton was quality.

People, at least people who know who Inoue is, will give him tons of credit. It's just that boxing in America is less than what it was and the lower weights get the worst of that. So he won't be as known as he should be but again, those who know him know that he is great.

You are right but I'd like to say that I am no novice and I occasionally have to be very careful not to fall into that trap.
