Ok people this is something Ive thought about over years from time to time. Never tried it but people have done it to me in sparring (messing around) and it really does throw me off. As a SOUTHPAW when sparring 90% people are orthodox our lead foots are close to eachother and the old school tactic of stepping on their foot and then punching is what im talking about. Id like to start trying it but first I want to see if its really appliable, does anyone have ANY kind of footage regarding this in a fight? Thanks in advance much appreciated
